This past weekend, NYCCAH Executive Director Joel Berg dropped by the set of MSNBC's "Up with Chris" for a panel discussion on the politics of the Farm Bill.
 
Joined by New York Times' columnist Mark Bittman, Editor and Publisher of The Nation magazine Katrina vanden Heuvel and others, Joel talks about the importance of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as food stamps) and massive cuts to the program being deliberated in Congress.
